Origin Story - Steeped In Curiosity

Some people grow up knowing exactly who they are. Others? We prefer to wander. To explore. To ask questions in pursuit of discovery.
That curiosity has shaped everything I do—especially when it comes to blending tea. It started early, long before I knew what I was doing. I’d mix flavors, experiment wildly, follow instincts I didn’t quite understand yet. First in the kitchen, then in art, then in life. Turns out, exploration isn’t about getting things right—it’s about paying attention.
Tea, But Not As You Know It
Tea time doesn’t have to mean tea as you know it.
I meet plenty of people who say “I’m not a tea person” like it’s a core part of their identity. And I get it. Maybe tea brings to mind porcelain cups, rigid traditions, or flavors that never quite hit the mark. That’s exactly why I started TeaTimes—to create blends that don’t ask you to become a tea person, just to enjoy something extraordinary.
For the Curious, the Bold, and the Open-Minded
TeaTimes is for the curious. For the bold. For the ones who don’t need a label. Every loose-leaf blend is crafted to surprise and delight—whether it’s warming, invigorating, complex, or playful. There are no rules here, no right way to enjoy it. Just a moment of discovery, a sip of something unexpected, an open invitation to taste the world a little differently.
So take a breath, take a sip, and let’s see where this goes.
Because if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that there’s a time for everything. A time to create. A time to rest. A time to explore. And maybe, just maybe, a time to rethink what tea can be.
