I’d mix flavors, experiment wildly, follow instincts I didn’t quite understand yet. First in the kitchen, then in art, then in life. Turns out, exploration isn’t about getting things right—it’s about paying attention.

I meet plenty of people who say “I’m not a tea person” like it’s a core part of their identity. And I get it. That’s exactly why I started TeaTimes—to create blends that don’t ask you to become a tea person, just to enjoy something extraordinary.
